RETURN POLICY

 

Items Purchased Through Our Online Store

 

We're happy to accept your return within 30 days from the date of your purchase and will promptly issue you a refund. Product must be in new and unused condition and with all original tags and packaging. Items that are damaged in any way, have any signs of use or not with original packaging will not be accepted. Returns initiated after 30 calendar days have passed will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Currently, we don’t offer online exchanges. Please initiate a return using our above return process before placing a new order.

 

In Store

Items purchased online and meet the above-mentioned requirements may be returned in store at our Argyle, Texas location during regular business hours. You must bring the item along with your printed invoice/receipt that was included in your shipment.
